When an employee joins an organization, he gets a login for Enj.
The Human Resource Manager (HRM) creates a Leave Card and sends it to him.
An employee wishing to avail leave puts in a leave application to his supervisor.
The supervisor may reject the application and send the leave card back. However, if the application is recommended it goes to the sanctioner forsanction who may reject it and send the card back to the Supervisor.
If he sanctions the leave, the card goes back to the employee.
The employee confirms the leave and sends the card to the HRM who updates his Leave Record and sends it back to the Employee.
At each stage, an email notification is sent to the relevant person when the Leave Card is sent to the same.
