	We sincerely feel that the way organizations did their businesses in the past is changing fast. The technology is affecting both 'what' and 'how' of the businesses. Business Process Management, though relatively a recent technology has gained ground very fast. It is getting richer by day with the introduction of newer concepts such as Continous Process Improvement (CPI) and Business Intelligence.
	BPM solution providers are adopting the standards prescribed by agencies such as Business Process Management Initiative (BPMI.org), Workflow Management Coalition (WfMC) and Business Process Execution Language for Web Services (BPEL4WS). These standards are for modeling and designing processes, executing processes and managing the interface for deployment and execution of the processes. These standards ensure that the customers get all the necessary features of a quality product with a firm and long-term commitment to the technology and customer satisfaction.
