Being a product driven company, in addition to monitoring system development through the SDLC, we have implemented systems to take care of issues like change management, version control, GAP analysis and monitoring. We are also in the process of implementing systems for Quality Management practices like Document control, Concern and Corrective Action and Failure analysis and prediction.
 
 

We are currently putting in practices to comply with standards prescribed by Business Process Management Initiative (BPMI.org). BISIL has taken a strategic decision to keep Enj in continuing compliance with these standards in future releases since BISIL's own objective is aligned with that of BPMN - which is to support process management by both technical users and business users by providing a notation that is intuitive to business users yet able to represent complex process semantics.
