	Hands on support of PC based systems Knowledge of LAN,IP,VoIP Linux and Windows Network technology along with experience in Samba Excellent technical problem solving ability Knowledge and experience of managing web-based applications on Linux Servers (Redhat Enterprise Linux/ Suse) at least 3 years Shell, Perl Scripting experience at least 2 years Installing, and supporting workstations, networks, and infrastructure used for large database Sound conceptual and practical knowledge on hardware and trouble shooting hardware related problems Rsync experience for setting up backups to remote servers (onsite and offsite) Knowledge of EPBX system will be an added advantage Ability to handle multiple tasks at once and to adjust priorities as required Superior oral and written communication (particularly pertaining to system documentation)
