On-line Trouble Ticket Management processes include electronically initiating the post sales customer support process from emails received at the specified customer support email address and then routing them to the post sales customer support as well integrating with the support FAQ knowledge base management.

Support FAQ Knowledge Base Management integrates with the Post Sales Customer Support and Online Trouble Ticket Management processes and build the FAQ Knowledge Base in the background. This follows the natural process of customer support and helps improve the efficacy of customer support.
  • Invoicing

 
Enj-Sales extends the Sales and Contact Management process to cover invoicing. This includes scheduled and ad hoc invoices, these can be delivered electronically via email, electronically authenticated XML documents, automatically via fax, or be printed out for mailing as may be required for each individual account.
