Retail Finance

	Retail Finance module consists of following sub-modules:
	Retail Lease Retail Leasing system is a comprehensive solution for organizations operating lease transactions in a retail or a widely distributed manner. The system supports deals carried out directly by the company, or through a broker. A decision support module facilitates evaluation of various repayment structure options. The system can also handle structured scheme based lending.
	Retail Hire Purchase The Retail Hire Purchase caters to organizations doing Hire Purchase transaction in a retail or a widely distributed manner. The Hire Purchase deal may either be operated directly by the company, or through a broker. The system provides decision support model for evaluating various repayment structuring options. The system can also handle structured scheme based lending.

	Term Deposits The Term Deposits module can handle term deposit operations in a financial services company. It caters to both individual as well as corporate clients. This module can also handle loans against term deposits, premature terminations, renewals and other activities related to term deposits. As with the other FINSERV products, background accounting is also present, and can be tailored to meet user-specific requirements.
	Loans against Shares The Loans Against Shares module keeps track of loans advanced to customers against marketable shares. The module provides for on-going valuation of securities and triggers off margin calls as and when required. The system provides support for periodic risk monitoring and tracking of interest/ principal repayments.
