  The user who registers for trial version gets automatically registered for online support. There are three ways in which a user can get support.
 
 
 
 
 
1. Online Help is available in Enj. Click on Support / Help through Enj menu. Help on using Enj at transaction time is available through this option. Use the index of this User Manual to query and find out more about the feature or option you are looking for.
 
 
 
 
2. The user also has an access to the FAQs database. A FAQ database consists of questions frequently asked by the users about various aspects of Enj and answers to them. These questions are organised section wise. The sections covered in FAQ are:
  • General (BPM technology and introduction to Enj)
  • Process Mapping (defining real world processes and activities)
  • Interface Definition (designing documents)
  • Integration (data exchange within and with outside applications)
  • Deployment (transactions at run time)

Enj-HR Pack

Through FAQ link on Enjbiz site users can search for their query under appropriate section in the database and get the answer to the query. It is also suggested that they read the other questions and answers in that section to completely satisfy their query. If a question is not already present in the database, you are requested to send us the question and we will answer it. We will also update the FAQ database for the benefit of other users.
 
 
 
 
 
3. If there are specific queries, which are not answered through any of the above means, user can post the query to support@enjbiz.com.
