  • Performance Appraisal

 
 
Enj-HR manages the entire performance appraisal process starting with automatically initiating the appraisal documents. At a pre-determined frequency – quarterly, semi annual or annual system initiates appraisal process either automatically or triggered by the supervisor. The process extends to cover the initial filling out of appraisals, then the appraisal discussions between Supervisor and Employee, comments of the employee to these discussions, and then finally depositing this appraisal in the employee personnel record. The business rules can be modified to mirror the appraisal process in your organization.
 
 
  • Training & Development

 
 
At a predetermined frequency, Enj-HR initiates transactions that require the employee and supervisor to discuss development planning. The discussion covers current skills requirement and a development plan based upon the employee’s career growth goals and the company's needs. The finalized development plan is then recorded in Enj-HR personnel record and available for future review and reference. The Training Schedules module integrates with the development plan module to schedule training sessions for the skills that the employee needs to develop. The process extends to cover the approval – on the timing, processes, budgets and related issues.
 
 
  • Time keeping, Overtime, Vacation, Time-off tracking, Absenteeism
 
 
Enj-HR provides features to keep a record of time sheets and provides for categorizing the time spent by employees in different types of activities. These can then be analyzed for efficiency and effectiveness. The process helps the employees report activities and hours worked on a daily basis. Enj-HR then enables the supervisor to collate these time sheets.

The manager could collate time sheets further on a weekly or monthly basis and the data could be sent to payroll for further processing. Extensions for recording and categorizing overtime are available. This also integrates with vacation monitoring.

Enj-HR also extends to help your organization keep a record of all projects. All ongoing activities (including admin) are represented in the database (categorized if desired). Time spent by employees for customer projects and internal activities is maintained separately. This is then used to arrive at costing and profitability information.

Enj-HR helps you automate the complete recruitment process, right from receiving the resume through your website, screening of resumes by HR and Project Manager, sending appropriate notifications upto sending the appointment letter to a successful candidate.

Enj-HR helps you automate your employee initiation process. When a new candidate is recruited all the joining formalities are automated to include filling appropriate forms, sending notifications to Admin and projects and issuing necessary documents to the employee.
 
 
  • Tour & Travel, Reimbursement
 
 
Enj-HR enables employees to seek tour permission and after the tour submit bill wise expenses for reimbursement. It helps supervisors to sanction the same online. It also enables employees to submit the monthly expense bills to which they are entitled. The entitlement amount accrued, claimed and balance are all calculated and displayed to employees while filling Reimbursement claim forms.
