Corporate Finance

	Corporate Finance module is divided into following sub-modules:
	Corporate Lease This module is useful for organizations operating high value lease transactions with other corporates. The lease deal may be carried directly by the company or through a broker. A decision support module facilitates evaluation of various repayment structure options alongwith support for part rentalization, part disbursement and pre-EMI charges. This module can be integrated with GL accounting module with custom requirements.
	Corporate Hire Purchase This module is useful for organizations operating high value hire purchase transactions with other corporates. A decision support module facilitates evaluation of various repayment structure options. This module also can be integrated with GL accounting module.

	Trade Finance This module enables discounting of bills raised against customers for goods sold, tracking of transactions, making receipts and payments and finally terminating the transaction. Bills of various types are supported like normal bills, co-accepted bills, bills backed by Letter of Credit and amended bills.
	Inter-Corporate Deposits This module provides comprehensive support for Inter Corporate Deposits (ICDs), which typically are short term, high interest transactions. Support is also provided for other transactions like Fixed Period ICDs, Pure Call ICDs and a combination of both. System provides for part-payments and receipts. Clients notifications and other documents can be system generated. Roll-over and amendments can be done to the transactions.
	Project Finance This module helps tracking and maintenance of Project Finance to various customers. Modification/ amendment option is available in this module.
